Hi iam having issues with my microphone of my AirPods i wanna know if you my AirPods are even real I bought them twice these past 3 months and my AirPods microphone doesn’t seem to work .I bought them from amazon and they are not giving me a option to refund so is there a way for me to fix my microphone or i can find out if my AirPods are even real.

To see if they are real, enter the serial number here:
Check Your Service and Support Coverage
For the microphone, try this:
Open the Settings app and go to the Bluetooth section. Next to the AirPods entry on the list of devices, you should see an “i” icon inside of a circle. Tap this, then select microphone, and set it to either left, right or automatic. Try switching it back and forth.
Then, test with the Voice Memos app.
