Payment error

The notification show that the purchase can not be made but the bank is still loses the money and there is no bill for the payment in the purchase history. Please fix it for me. Thank you.

Billing problem with a previous purchase error Hi, I'm having the message said in the title show up whenever I try to update or download any apps. I've had it happen before, I know it's because of an unpaid balance as that's what it was the last time. Thing is, I haven't bought anything and checked my purchases and subscriptions and there's nothing pending. So I have no clue why it's saying there's an issue with that. I also no longer have a card on file, I had one but it had no money on it I believe but that shouldn't have been an issue either considering again I didn't buy anything. If anyone could help that'd be great!

You will need to speak to Apple directly regarding this issue.
