iPhone 11 Pro liquid contact indicator

Hello,

my iPhone turned off and went into infinity loop boot (for no reason).

After trying to restore it, i got error 4013.

I took my phone to iStyle Croatia Apple service, the next day they send me a email that they cant fix my iPhone because the liquid contact indicator is "on". Only to buy new one.

Iphone wasn't one sec in water, not even close to water.

Any idea why is this happening?
