Can some help me...I want to buy the new Apple Tv 4K but my tv's Hdmi Arc port is broken and i only have a Hdmi MHL port that works...Can the Apple Tv still turn my tv on and off and control the volume?My tv is a 2015 lg smart tv and it does have simplink...I think the Apple tv can control any tvs volume...Im just wondering about the on and off...To turn the tv on via the apple tv...?

We understand that you want to use the remote from a new Apple TV 4K to control your TV also and turn it off and on. But the HDMI ARC port is broken on the TV and only have an HDMI MHL port that works.
