If your goal is to extend the wireless range of your Virgin SuperHub with these Time Capsules, the connections to each one would have to be via Ethernet as these base stations can only extend other AirPort base stations using a wireless connection between them. Does this work for you?

If so, then, the following would be the basic set up for each Time Capsule (TC):

  • Connect the TC back to the SuperHub by Ethernet. You can also use Ethernet switches between these devices if required.
  • Configure the TC as a bridge.
  • Configure the TC to use the same SSID (Apple calls this the Network Name) & wireless security type/password at that being provided by the SuperHub.

The "best" settings for the SuperHub will be based on what your overall networking goals are. However, it should, as a minimum, be configured as an Internet router that provides DHCP & NAT services to all devices that will connect to it, including the TCs. Ideally, you would want to assign a static local IP address (or DHCP reserved IP address) to each TC.

One thing to note, and you are probably already aware, Apple exited the networking hardware business in mid-2018. Although they still currently support these base stations, you should consider replacing them in the near future before they start to fail. A typical useful life for consumer-grade networking hardware is around 3-5 years.
