Apple does not recognize my watch serial number. This was a replacement from them

I previously cracked my screen and had it replaced at the apple store. Why can’t the apple store now recognize the current serial number?

Broken watch dial delivered I did order new apple watch 6 and I received broken dial. when trying to contact support it is asking to enter Apple serial number of the watch. Do I need to pair it to know the serial number? I did try using iPhone serial number but didn’t work. Please help

then all I can suggest is that you contact Apple Support.
