window opens when I hit audio button.

This is as annoying as Car Play. When I have an incoming call I always use the speaker. Now for some reason when I select speaker a window opens with the selections of iPhone, speaker or Macbook. I just want to use speaker phone, how do I stop this madness that continually comes from Apple! I do not want to talk on my computer I do not want to talk on the phone, I want to talk on a speaker phone. Now my clients have to wait because when I receive a phone call I HAVE TO GO THROUGH the multiple prompts to get to speak. I am a real busy estate agent and I get a lot of calls. What genius decided this was a good idea and how do I revert the phone back TO THE WAY IT WAS!

It is turned off. I also turned off allow calls on other devices on my phone. This happened before having to make a selection of speaker, then it stopped now its happening again. After I submitted my request for help I received a spam call and the window did not open. I was so happy but next two calls back to having to make the selection of speaker.

FYI it takes three selections to engage the speaker phone. I may also be busy doing something else. And maybe you don’t deal with many clients but having someone holding while I’m having to stop what I’m doing to answer the prompts is extremely annoying and inefficient. Before you just pressed speaker phone. Perhaps the people that thought this was a good idea have a lot of free time.

This isn't actually a new topic as the change was made some time back and I actually did a test with a realtor I know to see how much more time it took during the day to select speaker. I won't bore you.

The only thing you can do is tell Apple you really don't like this and would prefer some options. Go here -> https://www.apple.com/feedback/iphone.html
