SMB/AFP & Screen Sharing Broken

Sometime after updating my MBP 15,1 to 10.14.6, I am no longer able to access SMB/AFP network shares nor am I able to access other macs via the Screen Share application.

For the SMB/AFP shares, the connecting dialog box just stays active until I close it.

For the Screen Sharing app, it becomes unrepsonsive and requires Force Quit as soon as I open it and try to connect to a computer. The error code it generated was too long to paste in here.

This fixed the issue for me and from reading the issue, it sounds like this issue only happens with a mobile AD account which is my situation.
