Hey ! I have had an Iphone 11 Pro Max for a year now and from the beginning I noticed a few dots on the camera, but only when I use the camera at night. Can you help me with some information about this? Thanks!

That's lens flare and completely normal. Before you take a picture, you can see the dots (which are reflections of light against the camera sensor) and you can alter the angle of the camera a bit to eliminate the flare. Even $100,000 cameras do this. And it's most noticeable when using night mode photography.
Here is an example of a photo I purposely took with lens flare and without changing my position I repositioned the camera relative to the flare to eliminate them completely:
I didn't move, but moved the angle of the camera and voila, flares gones:

Hi there,
I have actually come across this as well on my iPhone. It is something that happens when there is a bright source of light in a dark environment, where the light rays from the concentrated light source gets kinda reflected and gets captured as part of the image. (Correct me if I am wrong).
As observed that in both of the images you have provided included a contrastingly bright light source, therefore that may be the case.
