What are you trying to update to? The most current iOS version is iOS 14.6.
Yeah buh the option is not even there for me to tap on
What do you see when you tap on Settings, then General, then Software Update?
Is your phone under a Mobile Device Management (MDM) plan from a business or school? If so the plan administrator controls software updates.
