Apple password leak, how to access
I accidentally closed out of the notification that informed me of all my leaked passwords. How do i access this notification page to change the rest of my passwords that have been compromised?

What you describe is a scam. Apple is not going to send you a notification about your password(s) having been leaked. Someone is seeking your credentials. So, if you come across this again, report this to Apple with a screenshot. Learn More Here: Using the Photos App to Report Scams: - User Tip
Modifying your Credentials:
Did you interact with this notification, by tapping it, or something on it? If so, then, by all means, modifying you credentials, ASAP.
- Modify: your login credentials (Using Both a New eMail and a New Password for each and all sites)
- Associate: a different method of payment to your account
- Enable: Two-Factor Authentication for Apple ID and for all other accounts that have such an applicable option
