Mail search function does not function

The search function in my mail program on my MacBook does not work. It cannot find any email in the inbox. Thank you!

MAIL SEARCH NOT WORKING I upgraded to Mac Ventura, now the search function in mail is not working properly. I have tested it numerous times and it can not find all emails from a particular client. anyone else having this issue? I enter the search mode and it may bring up one email and I can see multiple ones in my inbox. Sometimes it says 0 found and I know there are multiple emails there.

mail search function does not work Hi, The search function in mail never seems to be able to find the mails I need. When I search on the webpage of gmail I can immediately find the mails I want. I don't understand the problem. I have already tried the following hints: Problemen met het vinden van de juiste e-mails in Mail op de Mac - Apple Support (NL) But nothing helps. any ideas ?

It looks like you're having issues searching within Mail. If that's correct, check out the following resource.
