I do have the two factor authentication set up on my iPhone. I’m wanting to know why this is happening especially since I’ve made new emails to change my Apple ID too and it keeps happening. How can I change the password to my Outlook account? I need to change password on my outlook account due to possible hacker misleading from chase …. I cannot change on iPhone 6 . My verification email is gone as it was a work email and I retired [Re-Titled by Moderator]

If you don't know the password to your Outlook email, that's something you're going to need to resolve with Microsoft.
