Iphone 8 plus speaker pop-up

With new update when I get a call or call someone and want to put it on speaker I now have A pop-up of 3 choices. Iphone - Speaker- Myipad.

How do I remove iPhone speaker pop-up choices so it's 1 tap to speaker mode?

You cannot remove anything from that list if it is logged into the same device. You can select the iPhone audio, the Speaker or your iPad. If you were on speaker, you would have the option to turn it back to the iPhone.
