I purchased a Microsoft 365 subscription in Oct 2019, it stopped a few days ago and it wants me to purchase another subscription. I cannot even upload or find my receipt now further back from Feb 2021, who can I contact to resolve this issue?

I purchased a Microsoft 365 subscription in Oct 2019, it stopped a few days ago and now when I open Word or Excel, it wants me to purchase another subscription or sign in. Once signed in, it has no record of my purchase. In the app store, it shows I purchased it, but now my purchased subscription records only go back to February of 2021. Who can I contact to resolve this issue?

Thank you for your response. Earlier I did contact Microsoft and they referred me back to the App Store as I didn’t directly purchase it through them. I will continue to locate my original subscription, but my biggest concern is getting charged annually for 2 subscriptions while only needing one. I’d also like the receipt trail to be a little easier to locate but obviously that is a whole other topic...
