Apple TV purchase movie issue

I have this exact same problem. Apple sent me a link with how to redownload. However this does not apply to an appletv device. I've restarted and reset to factory but neither action has resolved this.

TL;DR: Basically, HDR for this film is messed up. Change your video (temporarily) to 4k SDR and it will play.

I purchased Cruella off iTunes and at the 5-minute mark it is only audio. Looking for a fix on this.

I have a different problem I get picture but no sound it’s driving me crazy and it’s not all movies and it’s completely random
