If you can't stream or watch movies or TV shows from the Apple TV app, iTunes Store, or third-party apps - Apple Support

purchased movie will not play I have purchased movies on Apple TV but they don't appear in my library and when I try to play them it asks me to buy them again, then says "you have purchased this movie already, would you like to download it?" I've downloaded several movies, and although it shows on Apple TV windows it doesn’t open 19 July 2021 I have downloaded several of your movies in the past week, one I bought and downloaded twice (The Vault 2021) and although it shows on your AppleTV windows it doesn’t open - the same applies for another movie The Legion 2021. In between these two movies I bought and downloaded The Tax Collector and World War Z both of these opened and played without incident. What is going on? Why will they not play even though they confirm that they have been downloaded?
