If you can't stream or watch movies or TV shows from the Apple TV app, iTunes Store, or third-party apps - Apple Support

I've downloaded several movies, and although it shows on Apple TV windows it doesn’t open 19 July 2021 I have downloaded several of your movies in the past week, one I bought and downloaded twice (The Vault 2021) and although it shows on your AppleTV windows it doesn’t open - the same applies for another movie The Legion 2021. In between these two movies I bought and downloaded The Tax Collector and World War Z both of these opened and played without incident. What is going on? Why will they not play even though they confirm that they have been downloaded?
