Logitech CircleView 2 to iCloud

Hello, I mounted the camera a long time ago and it worked perfectly with the recording on icloud. I have not been able to register for a few days.

The icloud subscription is regularly active.

Some idea?

Logitech Circle View Apple Homekit enabled security camera I have the latest iPhone with latest software update with a 200gb iCloud storage plan and the Logitech circle view apple HomeKit enabled security camera. In Homekit app in the camera settings under recording options under when home and when away, it will let me choose stream only option and works in that setting, but when I try to choose, "stream & allow recording", it spins for several minutes and then I get an error message with no direction. I've tried closing the Homekit app and reopening and still same thing. What do I do now to get it to record and store the recordings in iCloud for 10 days?

HomeKit secure video says iCloud storage upgrade in progress Just bought a eufy Security cam C2. I set it up through HomeKit. Everything works except it will not let me choose “Stream & Allow Recording” under Recording Options for either camera. When I try to choose it, I get a screen saying “Your iCloud storage is being upgraded. Please check your account later.” I recently subscribed to Apple One, which increased my iCloud storage to 2TB. I also have my wife added as a family member. I have checked settings on both of our phones, and neither will let me change to Stream & Allow Recording. The most I can do is “Stream” only. The eufy app will stream and record video clips to its home base hub, but I want to use HomeKit Secure Video iCloud integration instead.

Logitech Circle View not recording when away I’ve completed the Homekit Secure Video firmware update for my Circle View and can stream video without issue. I’ve turned on “stream and allow recording” when "away" (and I do have the 200 Gb iCloud storage) but the camera won’t record any video. The settings from when "home" is set to "Stream". If I change the settings when "home" to “stream and allow recording”, then the recording works just fine. My hypothesis is that the status "away" is not correctly working. The status is set to use my iPhone as a location device and I'm the only person allowed to use the home. Circle firmware version 8.2.64 Home Hub Homepod Mini firmware version 14.7
