Locked Notes
My notes were locked using my Face ID, now all of sudden it’s asking for a passcode to unlock my notes can anybody help ??

You had to have entered a password when you locked the notes. If you cannot remember that password, you will not be able to unlock the notes. You had to enter the password before you could use Face ID. When you restart the phone you have to enter passwords again, so you need to remember these passwords. There is no way to retrieve them.
