HP will not recognize my ipod touch
i am trying to load off of an usb that i bought from a health organization and it will not upload onto itunes to get to my ipod

You need to copy the content of the USB onto your computer, then add it to iTunes by using the iTunes menu File/Add Folder to Library or File/Add File to Library.
Once you do that, then you can add the music to your iPod.
