Ipod touch not being recognised I Have an Ipod touch that is not being recognised on a laptop despite restoring to factory settings,restarting both laptop and ipod multiple times and making sure I have the latest Itunes. Another Ipod is being recognised with no issue. The faulty one is recognised on an older laptop. Please help. Thanks

ipod touch won't restore My iPod Touch generation 4 will not restore. I tried this after my laptop would not recognize it.
