apple map will not work in my audi

My iPhone 12 is successfully connected to my Audi Q5. (2017)Apple Maps will not play through my radio, but Google maps works fine. What is the issue?

Did you check the volume settings for Apple Maps. It is located in the lower area where the directions appear. There should be a button "Audio" and see what the volume settings are.
