Suggestion to Apple

Is there a way to make suggestions to Apple to improve their products? I have an idea: Many times I have turned the volume to maximum in order to hear a video on-line that has very low volume. When I go to another video with regular volume, it blasts my speakers. It would be great if there was a software setting in Safari that would automatically adjust the volume to the midrange when it surfs to the next video or webpage I visit.
