I cant turn off my iphone 11
How can i turn off my iphone besides the volume and lock buttons, when i try to turn off normally it freezes showing the last call i made and i cant screenshot

The force-restart sequence: Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button. When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
If there is an add-on VPN app around, remove it and test again.
See if removing any VPN app and a force-restart clears this, if that’s not what you’re already using here.
If that fails to restart and then to allow shutdown-and-restarts normally again… Connect to iTunes or Finder, get a backup, factory reset the iPhone, and restore.
