Can we download Xcode on windows

I wanted to practice Xcode and try to develop a app using Xcode but I have windows and I am unable to access it, Is there anyway yo access it in windows???

No. Exclusively macOS. This Fall, one will be able to develop on iPadOS.

Xcode is written exclusively for a compatible version of macOS, so yes, that is exactly what it means, that windows cannot run Xcode.
