When my watch says to finish entering text on my iOS device, there should be a keyboard that pops up on my phone. I don’t have a keyboard that pops up and if it should pop up, what am I doing wrong?

Are you signed into the same Apple ID on both devices?

The simplest way is to ask Siri: 'Open my watch app'.
