Connectivity issue with beats fit pro I got my beats fit pro a couple of months back. They work great. I just purchased a Beatsbud Pro. While I can hear my music on the Buds I cannot hear or answer any phone calls. I have an iPhone SE. Is that a problem? I just purchased a Beatsbud Pro and am trying to make it work with my iPhone SE. while I can hear my music I cannot get them to answer a phone call. What is wrong?

Hi Kortolo,

We understand you're experiencing an issue during calls with your Beats. Are you able to test your Beats with another iPhone, or other headphones with your iPhone? We would also recommend resetting your Beats as shown here:

Reset your Beats on-ear or over-ear headphones
