nVidia GeForce GTX 680 Mac Edition

I have a GTX 680 that doesn’t say Mac Edition on it. Can I do something to this card so I can use it with Mojave? Or do I need an actual Mac Edition version?

A non mac edition will work in a mac but will not show the startup/ boot screens when you power the mac up.

And you will not be able to access the Startup Manager boot picker when you Restart the mac while pressing and holding

the option/ alt key.

There are several videos on You Tube that give you instructions on how to flash the card to get the necessary mac boot efi,

effectively making it a 'mac edition'

Well, if it's a PC version it would need flashing to Mac ROMs, you can use it but will not have a Boot Option screen.
