Not receiving my membership

I purchased a 4.99 roblox premium membership via in app purchase on my iPhone. I was charged right away but did not receive my product. I wasn’t surprised as this was the third time within THIS year that it has happened. So I again spoke with roblox customer support, hoping that this time it would be an issue on their end. Nope- they once again told me it was apple who did this. I payed with a gift card and I have the subscription yet no product has been received despite my balance being deducted- at this point I don’t want to a refund I just want the thing I paid for.
