Flashing folder with question mark appears when trying to boot.MacBook pro not turning on

when I start to boot my MacBook Pro, a flashing folder with a question mark appears.


how do I fix this ? Will I look all my data ?

A folder with a flashing question mark means that your startup disk is no longer available or doesn't contain a working Mac operating system.

Try troubleshooting steps given in this article.

Learn what to do if your Mac starts up to a question mark.

Usually data is preserved, but anything is possible.

A user is expected to keep a backup.
