My MacBook doesn't work

Hi, I have a MacBook Air, yesterday when it was in charge suddenly turned off, and then did not work anymore, I hold the power key for 10 sec but it does not work. How can I solve it?

Rebooting & Touch Bar Crashes after Ventura update Hey Everyone, After updating to Ventura, my Mac Pro 2019 occasionally restarts after a suspected problem while on sleep mode and the touch bar disappears. I keep sending the crash report to Apple so hopefully on the next update they can fix the issue. For the moment what works is that I have to keep reseting the SMC but it's such a pain, and it keeps rebooting every so often

Hi,

You'd better contact Apple Support or make Genius Bar reservation if your local retail Apple Store is open or find opened local Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Air there.
