App Store not recognizing my apple ID
I am on my iPad Air and there are multiple apps that need to be updated but when I go to the App Store to click update or update all, it asks for my Apple ID but says to only put in my password. I put in my password and click next and I get an error saying “your Apple ID or password are incorrect”. So I have signed out and signed back in through the App Store and in settings and I have also changed my Apple ID password and it is saying the same thing. Does anyone have any suggestions?
