Updates
I recently updated to the 12.4 iOS in general settings. I assumed it was the latest we version until I went to download an app that required 13 or later. My phone states it’s up to date. Anyone else have issues with this?

It cannot be updated past iOS 12.
If you need to run a newer version of iOS, you will need to buy a newer iPhone.
