Big Sur and Magicjack on M1 chip

I had no issues accessing Calling Features on Magicjack on my Macbook Pro running Catalina.

I switched to a Macbook Air 2021 running M1 chip and Big Sur 11.4

I can log into my account and buy time etc. but the Calling Features Tab and all the other Tabs do not function.

I can access them in iOS on my iPad and iPhone and on my wife's Windows 10 PC so this has to be a feature of the M1 chip or OS11.4 or both,

Can anyone help? The other devices are not my primaries so I would like it to work on this Macbook Air as it did on my Macbook Pro

Hey Alex S Currie,

Since updating your Mac to a MacBook Air (M1, 2020) with Big Sur installed, you haven't been able to use the Calling Features tab as well as other tabs in the magicJack app. Have you confirmed with magicJack support whether or not it is capable of running Big Sur?
