how can I get my Streamdeck XL (the sound effects buttons) to play during a Zoom or TEAMS meeting?

I have an iMac Pro and a Streamdeck XL and the sound effects buttons don't work during TEAMS or Zoom meetings. I can hear them in my headphones, but no one else can. I talked to a nice guy at ElGato but they didn't have an answer. Any suggestions?

and for TEAMS: i couldn’t find anything

there’s also a Streamdeck XL 5.0
