My Iphone 11 will not power off or open up any apps

My Iphone 11 will not power off or open any apps...and I tried the previous trouble shoot advice and it still did not work. SIRI just kept popping up.

Iphone 11 Pro Plus - Can't Open Any Apps, Including Apple Apps?! All of a sudden my iPhone only opens apps to a black screen. When I try to reset my phone, it just brings up siri. When I plug my phone into charge, it does not show it is charging. I can not turn the home screen off because it just wants to bring up siri. Iphone 11 pro plus, not even a year old. Is anyone else experiencing these issues?

iPhone 12 still wont shut off or let me in apps just keeps flashing on off black screen or turning Siri on and hard to tap any apps like frozen or stuck While using a word search app my phone kicked me out and now I can shut off or get into any apps I have tried the force shut down and wont work, Siri comes on and hard to tap phone to get Siri or any app open…now phone will random flash screen on or go black but wont let me open any app or calls. Help
