Hi
My daughters iPhone xs has frozen. we can do the volume up and down and get to the sos and swipe to shut down screen, but are unable to actually swipe. The top of the screen seems unresponsive.
I can turn torch on and camera but thats it. she has screen rotation on stop swell.

Hi! If your iPhone seems to be unresponsive and cannot restart it, you can do a force restart by quickly pressing the volume up button, then quickly pressing the volume down button, and then press and hold the side (power) button. Do not release the side button until the Apple logo appears. This should work even if the device is unresponsive.
