Password breach
I received a notification to say my password had been breached on a number of websites but I can’t locate the notification to address the issues
where do I find the the notifications?

This sounds like a notification from your keychain re: insecure passwords.
Go into
Settings … Passwords … Security Recommendations
for more detailed info re: the individual issues.
