Can't save MP4 files from the mail app to camera roll

A few days back I was able to save all mp4 files from the mail app straight to the camera roll in iPhone but recently I have come across a problem where I cannot save any new mp4 files to the camera roll from the mail app.

The mail app still allows me to save old mp4 files but I cannot view or save any new ones.

I even tried using vlc media player but i wasn't able to save the mp4 files from the vlc app as well.

Please help on this one

We see that you are no longer able to save MP4 files onto your iPhone.

We’d be happy to help you!

Did you do any updates or make changes since the last MP4’s were able to be downloaded?

Are you low on storage since you can still access the other files you downloaded?

You can follow the steps in How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

Thank you for helping, I found the issue (Resolution of the videos) fixed it and now it is working fine.

No, I didn't do any updates to my phone and I have plenty of storage (26 GB)

current issue: - quick view not working and save video also not working

previously is was working
