Applications Crash

There are certain apps that crash on starting. Initially I thought that maybe an issue in the app or the phone itself. But I changed my phone from IPhone 7 Plus to XS Max and now 11 pro. The issue continues to persist in whichever phone I have changed to and the same apps are now working in those old phones with a different Apple ID. Does anyone have any solution to or idea about it.
