control strip

My control strip on my MacBook pro 2020 will not light up. I can see the functions and they work but they do not illuminate . I have tried going into my key board settings but nothing helps.Any suggestions.

If this is an Intel Mac you can Try resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295

if no resolve

Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379
