No storage on Apple Watch

My Apple Watch won’t update because there is no room. Part of the problem is I can’t Un sync my photos from my watch. Is there any way to not sync your photos to your watch without deleting them from your phone?!

Can’t seem to get more storage on my Apple Watch to apply the update. My watch is down to the bare bones. The only thing might be photos, but I don’t see them on the watch. How do I delete downloaded photo of they are on the device? How do I delete photos off my Apple Watch? It doesn’t seem as though I have sent them to the watch but for some reason I don’t have enough storage for the update and it’s very frustrating. My watch has almost no apps or podcasts it is down to bare bones, so what is the problem

Unpair your Apple Watch via the Watch app on your iPhone.

Then Re-pair your Apple Watch again,this usually frees up

enough storage space to update your watch.And without any loss of data.
