My Apple Watch won’t update because there is no room. Part of the problem is I can’t Un sync my photos from my watch. Is there any way to not sync your photos to your watch without deleting them from your phone?!

Then Re-pair your Apple Watch again,this usually frees up
enough storage space to update your watch.And without any loss of data.
