Sales Tax

How do I know to whom you are paying the sales tax to—by governmental entity and amount?

"Apple will charge your selected payment method (such as your credit card, debit card, gift card/code, or other method available in your Home Country) for any paid Transactions, including any applicable taxes."


That's as far as Apple specifies it, though if I want to see what I pay in taxes here for any retail purchase I can do a web search for a state government site and it will tell me how much I pay to the state, the county, the city, special assessments for things such as a stadium, etc.
