Hi, my phone is iphoneX. Lately, I purchased a gift card & when I press the redeem gift code button in apple store, only the white page appears & freezes. I can’t use my code. I’ve already used different WiFi networks & alternative devices with same Apple ID like my I pad but the result is the same.
I can’t use my 50 dollars card which I have already bought. Plz help me!!!!
