after installing IOS 14.6 and gaining the dolby atmos feature, apple music will stop playing at 15 seconds or will not play at all whilst offline. this is very frustrating as i am unable to use the service i am paying for. thank you.

Thank you for your reply however i have already tried both of these solutions and i’m still stuck with the same problem. i have also signed out of my icloud and deleted the app- still no luck. have you got any other solutions? this has been an issue for about 2 weeks now. thank you.
I'm having the same issue. Apple Music stops working after 15 seconds and sometimes it crashes scrolling through the whole playlist. It's sort of frustrating

We’re having the same issue, and have tried the same fixes with no luck. How do we resolve this?
Mine is also not working crashes alot. Will just skip music as well and cuts in and out while listening.
