Why do my apps not install?

Whenever I go to to App Store and try to install an app, a dialog box saying “ Your Account has been disabled in App Store and iTunes”. After I click “OK” the app I talk cancels. See for yourself.

If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support.
