Password freeze after security update

I'm running Mojave (I still use a few 32bits apps) and since the last security update from mid-June, if I let my laptop go to sleep or I lock my screen, I'm not able to pass the password step as the screen freeze and I'm stock. The only way out is to force a shutdown. From a reboot of fresh start the password work no problem. There's a few other bug like my Outlook will not sync my mail anymore, I'm not able to unlock the padlock in System Preferences to allow changes, can't uninstall a software as the password freeze. I tried the NVRAM reset, SMC reset, tried disk utility repair in boot mode (Power+cmd+R) and so far no result. I'm able to limit my restart by disabling "require password after sleep or screen saver" under security and privacy.
