How to delete, Apple TV, Siri and Books from Cata

Yesterday I upgraded my computer, Mac desktop, to Catalina from Yosemite.

I am now told that I have not got enough memory even though only two memory slots out of four are in use.

I am told to close some applications.

I would rather like to delete a number of the new applications, which I do not need.

Apple TV, Books and Siri to name a few which I have no intention of using.

Can anybody tell me how I get these applications off my computer?

They take up space and memory I am sure. I just want them deleted.

Below it says Yosemite, but I now has Catalina.

Can anybody help?

Any of the default apps that come installed with an OS cannot be deleted

and if they could they would not free up much space on your hard disk.

How much free space does your HD have?

To run newer OS's like macOS Catalina you need at least 8GBs of RAM memory regardless of what Apple says.
