Free one year subscription offer

I was happy to receive a 1 year subscription for Apple TV last year when I purchased an iPhone that expires in July 20, 2021. Noticed that they currently have another offer of another free 1 year subscription if I purchase an apple product before June 30th, 2021. So I upgraded my phone to an iPhone 12 Pro. It doesn't look like that offer of a 1 -year subscription to apple tv gets automatically applied to my account as it's still showing an expiry of July 20 2021, anyone know what to do to make sure I can get that offer of a 1 year free subscription?
